The Multi Apartment is located just 1 mile from everyone’s ultimate destination “South Beach” and world wide famous Art Deco District. From the Multi you may walk to Lincoln Road at just 2 Blocks (1/2 mile) from the apartment. An outdoor pedestrian promenade where you will find endless trendy shops, hip clubs, restaurants, pubs and Bars. Washington Ave. is just 3/4 of a mile where many well known clubs like Mansion & Cameo are located. Collins Ave. is just under 1 mile & only 1 block south from there (at exactly 1 mile from the Multi) is Ocean Drive (Mango's, Nikki Beach, Etc.) next to the beach where be warned topless sunbathing is tolerated in designated areas.
