Overview

The property is 2 bed, 2 bath consisting of a master bedroom, we have a queen bed and en suite. There is a TV in the bedroom. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and a guest bathroom next to the bedroom. There is a utility area behinds closet doors with a washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully eqipped and has a breakfast bar and 2 stools. The dining area has a dining table with 4 chairs. You can see the ocean from the dining table. The living area has 2 matching couch's - one which is a pull-out. There is a DVD player and TV in the living area. You can see the beach and ocean from the living area. The balcony has a table and matching furniture to relax and watch the sunsets. During the day you can view the dolphins from the balcony. The beach is directly in front of you and is very serene. Peacefulness of the white flaky, sands of Madeira Beach that stretch beyond sight. The ripple of the sea is foot steps away. The condo has its own cleaner. The owners are confident you will be very happy with the condo on Madeira and enjoy it as much as they do on their own and with their family.

Location & area

The condo is 5 minutes walk from the famous John Pass village. Here there are pubs and restaurants - all recommended. Fishing trips are popular - even deep sea fishing trips for the keen fisherman. Jet Ski or wave runners are available for hire. A pirate ship for adventure trips for children. Boat hire is available and trips to local islands, particularly the shell islands. Lots of shops to browse. Para sailing is popular. John Pass is very friendly and has plenty of coffee shops and ice cream parlours. Dolphins and pelicans are in view at John Pass village. Leisure boats often stop here for a meal and pass through. The casino boat leaves from John Pass village. Music options from western to karioki, not loud but pleasant. John Pass is a very pleasant place to meander around. The restaurants offer local caught fish and special is fish dishes. Steaks are popular here, so is Chinese and Greek. Ice creams of every flavour. Beach wear, shells, sovernirs and gifts, are in abundance!
