Overview

The Westridge estate is an established development, which was completed in 1997. The entire complex is set amongst the local orange groves and is situated well back from Highway 27 in a crescent at the back of the estate, away from any traffic.



The villa is equidistant from Interstate 4 and Highway 192, which is within 15 minutes of the main Disney attractions and downtown Kissimmee.



The accommodation is all on one level, which will suit all ages and abilities. Wide doorways and lack of stairs make access particularly suitable for our wheelchair guests. All rooms are air-conditioned maintaining a comfortable atmosphere at any time of year. We have en-suite double bedroom, and two other twin bedrooms and one double bedroom sharing the remaining two bathrooms/showers. It is very spacious with approximately 2000 sq ft of living area.



Outside there is a beautiful insect-proof, mesh screened swimming pool with plenty of poolside furniture. It is not overlooked at the rear thus ensuring privacy. This area offers even more space for relaxing or dining. The pool area enjoys sunshine throughout the day and spectacular sunsets in the warm pleasant evenings throughout the year.



The complex offers complimentary courts for basketball, volleyball, tennis, and a play area for children. Our on-site managers are available 24/7.
