Sunset Lakes is a small gated community located right in Orlando's most desirable Vacation rental area. In addition to the property's quiet location, Sunset Lakes offers additional facilities and attractions such as a large community swimming pool; children�s play area and a fantastic selection of local wildlife. This home is just 3 miles from the Disney parks and just one mile from a great selection of quality Restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Sunset Lakes one of just two or three vacation communities that is close enough to Disney to allow you to leave the parks in the middle of the day for a break and return later for the shows and parades. This is something that even many hotels cannot match! The house features a large open plan living area with a separate dining room area, tables and lighting and cable TV, DVD player and stereo system. The kitchen also features a raised breakfast bar area complete with high level chairs. This home comes with 2 master bedrooms, one having a King bed and the other having a Queen bed, both having large walk in closets, and TV's. The King sized bed comes with your own en-suite bathroom, with separate shower. The one remaining bedroom has two twin beds and walk in closet. The large screened in pool area is a great way to relax after a long day in the parks!!!!
