Our beautiful villa is situated at Indian Point, a peaceful up market development, quietly situated off the main road, yet just a mile away from the attraction packed Highway 192. The location is perfect, being 25 minutes away from the airport and 15 minutes away from the magic of Disney World and all major attractions that make Orlando so popular; an ideal location if you wish to travel and discover Florida. For the golfer, numerous golf courses are within easy travelling distance. You can laze around your own private pool or use the community pool, tennis courts and children's play area, all just a stroll away.

The master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom incorporating w/c, twin corner bath, shower and walk-in closet. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are twin bedded and share an adjoining bathroom. There are two further fold-up beds if required.
Bedroom 4 has a large double bed and en-suite facilities making it ideal for two families requiring two master bedrooms. TVs, VCRs and telephones are provided in all rooms. The fully fitted kitchen has a sunny breakfast area and is equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and cooker.

The tumble dryer and automatic washing machine are housed in the garage area. The main living area, described as the great room, is lavishly furnished and carpeted and is complete with cable television, hi-fi and VCR. There is a separate formal dining room.

One of the main attractions is the beautiful 30' x 15' pool, enhanced by
a large patio area and spa. For the safety and enjoyment of our younger
visitors we have installed a separate children's pool. All doors giving access to the pool area from the villa are alarmed for added peace of mind.
The pool is fully lit and thermostatically controlled all year round. This area is covered by a mesh enclosure which provides full protection against insects and keeps the pool area clean. Added benefits of choosing our villa include double integral garage, security system, safe and telephone, with free local calls. Also provided at no additional cost are two sets of gents and two sets of ladies golf clubs, tennis rackets and tennis balls.

The villa comes fully equipped with all linen, utensils and appliances to ensure that the whole family have a pleasurable stay. Nursery equipment is also provided.
