Overview

This stunning 3000 sq ft, six bedroom, air conditioned villa, occupies a south-west facing lot and has a large sun deck around the pool. The huge pool area is screened, has a separate Jacuzzi and offers beautiful views of the stunning sunsets. It is perfect place to relax after a busy day at the theme parks, shops or golf course. Situated in the Rolling Hills Estates at Formosa Gardens, just off the West side of Highway 192 this spacious home is easily located within the closest residential community to the Magic Kingdom. This wonderful villa is only 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport and just over 5 minutes drive from the Disney Maingate and the home of Mickey Mouse. It is approximately ten minutes from Premium Outlets shopping and within easy reach of all of the Orlando attractions. Several golf courses including the Arnold Palmer designed Legends at Orange Lake are a short drive away. Highway 192 and its wide range of shops and restaurants is less than a mile away. Capable of sleeping twelve in comforts it has 2 spacious sitting rooms, 2 dining areas, 6 large double bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and a shower room. The master bedroom en-suite has a corner bath and separate large shower and has a door opening directly to the pool area. There are televisions in all of the bedrooms and the family area has a large screen television with DVD and video player. The well equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer and ceramic hob. A washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron are provided in the utility room which is just off the family area.
