Overview

The villa is fully air conditioned with 5 bedrooms/5bathrooms and was decorated by an interior designer to a very high standard and has only the best of the best throughout the house, down to the finest details.

The stunning home has numerous of upgrades as you will see on the pictures, and is just perfect for everyone, including families, golf groups, honeymooners, and executive retreats. The Feng Shui ( a Japanese method) was used throughout this home, everything and all colors are in it´s correct place in the house so people will feel relaxed, comforted both in body and soul, just like going to a Health Spa.

All bedrooms have their own "19LCD/DVD combo TV with remote control, and there are fans in all of the bedrooms as well as highest quality of mattresses. Each bathroom and each bedroom has it´s color and theme matching one another, both in bed linen and the bathtowels, washcloths, etc. There are special beachtowels in every room to take out to the Pool area. Hairdryers are in each bedroom.

The house has a Brighthouse cable network with endless stations that can be watched in the livingroom, bedrooms or gameroom. There is also highspeed wireless internet access throughout the home and all local calls from the home are free of charge. Vacuum cleaner robot is also available in the house.

Poolarea: The highlight is of course, your own beautiful pool area and large private pool. The large swimming pool ( heated) with extended pool area and a Jacuzzi is fully screened with spectacular views. The pool has security fencing for the children which gives you piece of mind. Luxury pool furnishing with padded 6 chairs and oval dining table, 6 padded sunbeds with tables so you can relax in comfort by the pool side.

After a long day out in the park either sunbathe on the patio or just sit under the covered patio watching the children swim and play in the pool. In the evening switch on the superb music system to set that perfect atmosphere and mood ( there are 4 speakers around the pool). Sit back and relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the view or just enjoy a fine outdoor dining.

Gameroom: The gameroom is a must, for kids of all ages, not just for the childen but for the adults as well. The gameroom is well airconditioned and has a "42 TV wall mounted, Playstation 2, DVD, airhockey and a professional pool table that will supply you with many evenings of pool tournaments. The gameroom has a sofa, 4 stools with a table for card games or just to have a beer when watching a football game on the TV. There is something for everyone in this room.

The living room has a direct access to the pool area and has a "42LCD TV with DVD and a ceiling fan.

The kitchen has a nook that seats upto 6 people. Fully fitted luxury kitchen with lots of cupboard space, and counter work surfaces and is fully equipped (large fridge/freezer/icemaker, dishwasher,full size stove, microwave, coffee maaker,kettl,toaster,blender,dishes,glasses,pots/pans utensils, silverware etc) In the kitchen you will find as well plastic glassware and tableware for use around the poolarea.

In the 2 master bedrooms are,en suite bathrooms,walk in closet, walk in showers and his and hers washbasins.
