Overview

Disney Location! Our Kissimmee home has 3bedrooms, 2bathrooms, fitted kitchen with full-size stove, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Our spacious family room & dining area is truly comfortable - you'll be pleasantly surprised! All towels and bed linens are free of charge as is the Club-house and its on-site facilities of heated pool, hot-tub, sauna, pool table, snack bar, fitness room etc. Floodlit tennis courts are available and a 'cook-out' area!SR192 is a quarter mile away with Dining of all types, Shopping, Golf all along it's route. Our location makes for an easy vacation!We are less than 8 minutes driving time to Disney, 15 minutes to SeaWorld and 20 minutes to Universal Orlando! Cocoa Beach & NASA are 1 hours drive and the wonderful Gulf Coast with Clearwater and St.Pete Beach to name but two, are just over 1 hour's journey.You won't be disappointed!!!

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:

  • It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
