Our Brand New Luxury Vacation Home is our Pride and Joy. It’s not just a house its Our Home and we want to share it with you, our Guests. Located on a new community called Magic Landings, our home is just that “MAGIC”

From the moment you pull on to the drive you will just fall in love with it. What will you find in side? Spacious well designed rooms, beautifully equipped with everything you could think of to help you make your time here as relaxed and enjoyable as possible.

Makes your usual vacation a thing of the past. With 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are Master Suites where you have total privacy and the children have their own bedrooms, its like a Dream Come True.

We have all the conveniences of home but without the hassle of taking it with you. 5 Televisions give you and your family the choice you need, 3 bathrooms so no hanging around waiting. Your very own Private Swimming Pool and Spa for those early morning swims or late night romantic moments.

The 2 Master Suites both have luxurious 4 Poster Beds, beautiful bedding and Satellite TV and also have access to the Pool and Spa. The Twin Rooms are made for the younger members of the family, Sony Playstation 2, DVD player, Dell PC and also their own bathroom.

We’ve even converted the Garage into a Games Room so that the no one will ever get bored. Table Tennis, Billiards / Pool, Air Hockey and Foosball are all included.

Our Family Room is spacious and very comfortable and the Massive 51” Television gives you the feel of having your very own cinema for those cosy nights in with the family. Takes your own DVD’s with you or watch ours, the choice is yours. It will feel like you are at the premiere of each movie you watch.

Our Elegant Dining Room makes the ideal place to enjoy those romantic dinners for 2, family meals or breakfast for the whole family. Our well equipped Kitchen makes cooking a pleasure and as most things needed to make your favourite meal

From the minute you drive on to Magic Landings, you will feel like you are in paradise. The community gives you a feel of warmth and relaxation, as the name suggests, Magic is what you have found. Lush Landscaped gardens greet you as you drive onto the community, Palm Trees and tropical plants are also part of the gardens you will see.. Our home is on a large corner plot, with a conservation area to the rear and a small lake, creating a place of tranquillity and peace.

Twin Bedrooms, Both have - Twin Beds, Both of different styles, Clock Radio, Bedside Cabinets and Table Lamps, Dressed to impress with Luxury Bedding and Blinds, one of the rooms looks on to the landscaped garden to the front of our home. Satellite TV in one of the Twin Rooms, PS2 & DVD player in the second Twin Room

Kitchen - Dishwasher, Ceramic Hob, American Style Refrigerator, Waste Disposal Unit and Microwave Oven, Toaster, Liquidiser. Just right for creating those family meals if you so wish. The Breakfast bar is ideal for the early risers before you hit the parks. Most people don’t go on holiday to cook, but you will find it a pleasure to cook a meal the American way.

Laundry Room - Automatic Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Ironing Board and Iron. You never have to worry about your clothes getting creased on the inward journey. Saves packing those Travel Irons

Dining Room - Beautifully Crafted Dining Table and Chairs for those romantic Dinners or Family gatherings. Thanks Giving, Christmas or a typical Sunday Lunch, you will find the surroundings just perfect for these occasions.

Family Room - Large Spacious Room for you all to gather and talk about the days events. TV with DVD Player, Sofa and Arm Chairs, makes for the perfect setting. Relax and watch some TV while the kids splash around in the pool. Watch a Movie or just chat about what you are going to do next, you will freel relaxed and at home.

Bathrooms - All tiled wet areas, All have Showers and the Master and 3rd Bathroom have full Baths. The main Master Bath has a Roman Style Bath Tub. No rushing around waiting for the bathroom to become free, you have your own, no wet towels left on the floor, the toilet seat as you last left it and powerful Hairdryers are also included in the master suites too!! How great can things get.

Swimming Pool & Spa - Our home as a Swimming Pool and Spa with Patio & Extended Deck Area. The Pool is positioned so that the sun is in the pool the majority of the day throughout the summer months. The Patio Area has luxury furniture for your pleasure, laze in the sunshine or just laze by the pool on an evening. Leading straight from the Family Room and the two Master Suites. The Pool is completely Screened to keep out any bugs but still enables you to tan should you wish. Enjoy a relaxing evening in your very own Spa and unwind with a nice cool drink. Waxed Myrtle hedging makes sure that the rear of the pool has some privacy and helps eliminate any breeze.The villa is South Facing and stands on a corner plot. The pool can be heated if required and usually reaches Temperatures of 78 to 84 Degrees Fahrentheit, the Spa on the other hand can reach Temperatures of 96 Degrees Fahrentheit **

Outside the Lush Green Grass surrounds the exterior, making this the perfect addition to this fantastic Home. With the rest of the grounds surrounded by Landscaped Gardening including Palm Trees in some areas of the community. Absolutely Stunning.

Games Room - Just added for 2007, We have included a 7ft Pool Table, Table Tennis, Air Hockey and Foosball. This is sure to be a hit with our younger guests on the days you decide to relax by the pool
