Overview

Ideally located and easy to find from both Orlando airports, our home has one of the largest Pool decks of any home in the Disney area. This together with the '5 star' outstanding interior facilities and a lovely woodland setting, make it the perfect choice for anyone planning to stay in a rental home near Disney for their next holiday to Florida. Our home is in the premier estate of Lindfields, 4 miles from the Southern entrance to Walt Disney World, bringing the nearest parks, Disney MGM Studios and Disney's Animal Kingdom to within 10 minutes drive. The AVH office is less than a mile away on the estate, and there are 2 Supermarkets and a new 24/7 Super Wal-Mart within 3 miles. If you're not interested in Disney, but looking for that perfect round of Golf, our holiday home is within 2 minutes of the Florida Orange Lake Country Club with 5 courses. There are a further 5 courses within 10 minutes drive, and Disney has 5 courses of its own. Our 57 ft x 32 ft pool deck catches the bright Florida sun all day long, and has a large shaded area to escape from the heat or when eating lunch, possibly cooked on the barbecue. Not overlooked, backing onto open woodland at the rear and fenced on all 3 sides giving complete privacy. The pool is west facing, 32 ft x 16 ft with a Jacuzzi. Both can be heated. Our non-smoking home is a large 3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom (1 en suite) detached house with separate lounge, dining room, family room and kitchen, pool, double garage. It is fully air conditioned with tiled floors throughout (except the deep pile carpeted bedrooms). Ideal for up to 6 people and can accommodate 8 using the queen sized sofa bed. A cot, bed guard, booster seat and high chair are provided. The master bedroom, lounge and family room open on to the pool. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the other two have twin beds. Cable TV is provided in all bedrooms. The master bathroom has a large shower, bath tub, WC, and a convenient door to the pool. Hairdryers are supplied in both bathrooms. Our fully fitted kitchen includes a fridge/freezer with ice and cold water dispenser in door. There are a washer and dryer in the utility room. The Family room has Cable TV, VCR, DVD, and CD Stereo!
