Overview

Our villa is more spacious than average with gardens front and rear on a 80ft x 120ft plot.

The south facing solar heated pool is totally enclosed in mesh screening with poolside furniture and a covered patio area for shade. Gas heating is available in the cooler months. The rear garden is fenced with a forested area to the rear of the property providing total privacy.

The villa is fully furnished, air conditioned, carpeted and ceramic floor tiled to a very high standard with a family room/dining area, front lounge and dining room. There are ceiling fans in most rooms for your added comfort.

Master bedroom with en-suite, walk-in closet and walk-in shower.

Two twin bedded rooms with second bathroom.

There are two televisions, two dvd's and hi-fi with a selection of films, music and books. Double garage with electric door lift. 24/7 monitored security system, security safe. Cot/crib, highchair and stroller provided free of charge.
