Benvenuto - Welcome to our home. IL Venetian is a luxurious relaxing three bedroom, two bathroom FIRST FLOOR condominium in the beautiful premier resort community of Windsor Palms. Recently updated and redecorated with a focus on the charm of Northern Italy. Our spacious Kissimmee, Florida condominium has the charm and appeal of relaxing in the center of Venice, Italy, while enjoying the convenience of being located in one of the closest resort communities to the entrance of Disney World (approximately three and a half miles).

But first take a break in the screened-in Lanai; it has a quiet nature reserve view. Or you may want to prepare a snack in the full size kitchen. For your convenience, we also have a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.

We’re also conveniently located to the magnificent clubhouse and all of the amenities that it has to offer, including; an olympic size outdoor heated pool, whirlpool and spa, separate heated toddler pool, 50 seat cinema, fitness center, video arcade, basketball, volleyball and floodlit tennis courts, billiard tables,

Our vacation condo offers high end furnishings with comfort and carefree living in mind. This leisurely setting sleeps 6 people: 2 in the King Suite, 2 in the Queen Suite and 2 in the Twin Bedroom.
There are TVs-DVDs, (King/Queen Suites & Family Room also have VCRs), ceiling fans are in every bedroom and in the spacious Great Room-Family Room-Main Living Area, which includes family dining for 6.

The Main Living Areas boast Venetian Crystal Chandeliers, a 32" mounted flat screen HDTV, as well as a CD equipped sound system and Playstation 2. The patio door from the Family Room opens onto a screened in, covered lanai with a conservation view. Enjoy the gentle breeze of the ceiling fan as you relax in this tranquil setting.

Other features of our home include artists’ renditions of Venetian sites throughout the home. This includes sites of the famous canals, gondolas, and of course a scene of the true Heart of Venice, "The Ponte di Rialto" (The Realto Bridge), to name a few. You will enjoy the convenience of our fully fitted cozy kitchen; equipped with oven, range, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, crock pot, waste disposal and telephone. All of your cookery, cutlery, glasses, cups, plates, bowls and eating utensils are supplied.

The Laundry Closet has a full size washer and dryer. You will also be amply supplied with towels and linens for your carefree stay.
