Take a look.Our 3 Bed, 2 Bath home comes with all towels,linens,kitchen and dinner ware. We sleep 8 with a Kingsize Master, Queensize and Twins, and a Queensize sofa-sleeper. There’s a crib for babies. There’s cable TV in the lounge and all bedrooms. We’re fully air-conditioned, and for extra peace of mind there’s an in-house safe. We’re just 4 miles from Disney, at the 5 Star Windsor Palms Resort, and our high quality vacation home, is backed by our personal service to you. Our spacious ground floor home is situated on the Windsor Palms Resort, one of the closest to Walt Disney World.



Kids room has PS2. Resort has Olmpic size pool, seperate kids pool, hot tub, BBQ area, kids playground, tennis,
basketball and volleyball courts. Sundry shop stocks your everyday needs. Clubhouse has lounge area, sixty seat cinema where you choose the movies, games room, gym,
and business centre with internet access (nominal charge). Shuttle buses run to all main attractions (pre-booking required). Entry gate is staffed 24/7.



You're 8-9 minutes from Disney and within five minutes of a wide range of shops and restaurants. Seaworld / Universal are within 20-25 minutes, Atlantic or Gulf Coast beaches 60-75 minutes. Plus plenty of malls and outlet stores across the whole area.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:

  • It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
  • If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
  • Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
