There is a double garage with utility area which houses the automatic washer and tumble dryer.The villa is well equipped including bed linen, towels, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, Plus iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner, etc.Kitchen appliances include cooker with extractor hood, refrigerator with icemaker, microwave oven, dishwasher and waste disposal unit.There are two televisions with cable, one in the lounge and the other in the master bedroom, each bedroom has a clock radio alarm..The heated 30' by 15' screened swimming pool with sundeck is serviced regularly.The nearest supermarket is just a couple of miles away at Champions Gate close to exit 58 of the Interstate 4 Highway, also here are two championship golf courses designed by Greg Norman.
