This comfortable and luxuriously furnished 3 bed. two bath. villa ,complete with integral double garage is situated in a quiet residential area within the well known, and justifiably ever popular Lindfields development in West Kissimmee, interspersed amongst a number of pretty lakes.
Disney's main gates are a mere two and a half miles away, giving a driving time of seven minutes.
It is also conveniently situated with regard to proximity for all of the other attractions, as well as for the city of Orlando, and all that it has to offer.
Local shops and a selection of restaurants may be found within a short distance, comprising a 24 hr. supermarket, and also a 'Winn Dixie,' on the hwy. 192 to the west.
The location is also extremely well placed for access to central Florida's excellent and impressive highways network.
Orlando International Airport is a short 20 minute drive away, whilst Orlando Sanford is just under an hour.
Additionally, there are several golf courses within a short drive of the house.
