Overview

This is a large four bed, air conditioned, Villa comprising: King with ensuite, Queen with ensuite, and two twin bedrooms, Kitchen / Dining room, open plan Lounge and an open deck area around the outdoor heated and fully screened pool. Our villa will comfortably sleep 10 people
The Villa is fully furnished and comes complete with all Linen and utensils for use as required.
Games Room - This is the latest upgrade and maybe the most entertaining part of the Villa for some families with children. Newly furbished and fully carpeted it is kitted out with a Pool table, Darts Board, Air Hockey, Indoor Basketball with electronic scoring, and Table Football with electronic scoring.

Rolling Hills - This much sought-after community is a development of executive villas surrounded by wide boulevards, beautiful conservation areas and tranquil lakes attracting herons and wildlife all year round. Only 5 minutes drive to Disney's Main Gate, its proximity allows guests to return to their villas for an afternoon siesta, before returning to the parks in the evening for fireworks and parades.

Rolling Hills is a wonderful area surrounded by countryside, woods and tranquil lakes, but still only 2½ miles from the excitement of Disney. Tampa and Busch Gardens can be reached within 45 minutes and the nearest beaches are only 60 miles away.



Living Room - Comprising a large comfortable three piece suite, ceiling fan, air conditioning, television, VCR, etc..... There is also patio doors opening out onto the rear pool / patio area which are equipped with child safety alarms.



KITCHEN - The kitchen is fully equipped including cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, with icemaker. All crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, pans and glasses are also provided. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.



DINING - There is a breakfast bar with 3 stools and a comfortable sized dining area with dining table and 6 chairs. There is a full range of kitchen and dining utensils and also a dishwasher. Leading off the kitchen is a utility room with a washing machine and tumble drier etc...



BEDROOMS - 4 bedrooms consisting of: 2 master suites, both with en-suite bathrooms and 2 twin bedded rooms. The first master suite consists of a King-sized bed, dressing table, cable TV and walk-in wardrobe. This room has sliding doors to the patio and pool area. The en-suite bathroom consists of a bathtub, separate shower, WC and twin washbasins.



PATIO AND POOL AREA - The heated pool area is fully screened. Deluxe patio furniture is provided on the large deck, including table, padded chairs and loungers.



Games Room - This is the latest upgrade and maybe the most entertaining part of the Villa for some families with children.
