Overview

This home is located in beautiful Rolling Hills subdivision, which is located just 5 minutes from Disney, and less than a mile from shopping and restaurants. This home features its own private screened pool with separate hot tub which overlooks a conservation area. One master suite amd a queen suite both with own private bathroom. Bedrooms three and four have twin beds side by side. This home is perfect for a large family or two families traveling together. The living room has cable television, DVD player, plenty of seating and sliding glass doors leading to the screened in pool. The kitchen is fully equipped needed to either stay at home and have a home cooked meal or takeaway. The villa also has a full utility room. In addition to air conditioning each room has it's own ceiling fan. For stays of less than 5 nights a separate cleaning fee of $90 will be required. All prices include taxes.
