Overview

Brand new spacious townhouse is located at Club Cortile Resort in Kissimmee. Less than 6 miles from Disney!

This beautifully decorated end unit has all the comforts of home! Why stay in a cramped hotel - especially with kids! Here, adults can unwind on our screened porch overlooking the pond. The kids can watch Satellite TV, one of our many DVD's or playstation 2! We also have board games for kids and adults.

Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need from cookware to a wine opener! You don't have to pack or buy anything. We even have a cooler you can use to bring to the pool along with some pool toys located in our large coat closet.

There is a Master bedroom with bath on the first floor with a Queen size bed. Upstairs is Master suite #2 with a King size bed, Huge walk-in closet, large bathroom with his and her sinks, soaken tub and seperate shower. Bedroom #3 is the safari room complete with Ralph Lauren sheets and perfect for all ages! Bedroom #4 is the Nemo room - very fun! Just outside is the Hall bathroom featuring Minnie and Mickey mouse!

This quiet gated community is equipped with a 4,000 sf clubhouse, community pool, tennis courts, basketball, movie theater, fitness center and tot lot. We are located just off 192. There are plenty of great Restaurants, Supermarkets, Golfing and Shopping all less than a mile away! Easy access to all major roads. Close to everything!

Additional features: Full size washer and dryer, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, Blender, Coffee maker, 2 TV's (Satellite), DVD player, Playstation 2, pool toys, pool towels, portable crib with bedding, umbrella stroller, night lights in upstairs hall and Nemo room, ceiling fans, first aid kit, 2 hairdryers, bed linens, iron and ironing board.

Conditions
All of the rent is required (30 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, 10% of rent is refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Check (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Check
A refundable $200 reservation/security deposit is due within (7) days of booking. This will automatically convert to a security deposit upon arrival. It is 100% refundable provided there was no theft or damage to the property.
