Our Chatham Park villa is a 3 bed Vacation Rental ideally located off Highway 192 near to Medieval Times & Walmart & just minutes away from Restaurants, Parks & Golf Courses

Like all our Florida Vacation Homes, Chatham Park Villa has a private pool offering magnificent views over the lake.

* Stunning fully screened pool area with South Facing heart shaped pool & Spa. Private deck also has a large covered dining area with ceiling fan to allow for dining al fresco. Comfortable outside furniture is provided along with beach towels
* Master bedroom has Queen size four poster bed, cable TV, safe, ceiling fan & large walk-in closet
* En-suite bathroom has bath & shower, hair dryer & straighteners
* Bedroom 2 has Queen size bed, cable TV, XBOX, ceiling fan & ample storage space
* Spongebob Squarepants themed Bedroom 3 has 2 comfortable twin beds ideal for all ages with ceiling fan, cable TV & Game Cube
* Shared Bathroom is situated between Bedroom 2 & 3 & has a bath & shower
* There are two sitting areas within the villa. The formal lounge area has 2 comfortable sofas perfect for putting your feet up & relaxing & a PC with High Speed Internet Access, WIFI, Webcam, & printer. The family room is equipped with leather la-z-y boy recliners & large 50" TV , DVD & music system. Child alarmed patio doors lead out to the pool area
* Dining Area has a large table which can comfortably seat 6 people
* Kitchen is fully equipped with all usual appliances including waffle maker & George Foreman grill. A second table allows for informal dining
* Garage has been converted into a Games Room with an 8 foot pool table & foosball. A conversion top allows the pool table to be quickly converted into a Table Tennis table. Bar stools & a fan have been provided for extra comfort. A washer & dryer are also located here
