This bright and airy Beachhouse is located
on the Gulf of Mexico.Guests will enjoy spacious bedrooms, modern,fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom, with a private wood deck perfect for relaxing after a fun day to watch the incredible sunsets over the Gulf. The Beach House is just one of six villas on the property which makes it perfect for family or friendly gatherings and weddings. All units together can accomodate up to 34 people.(Please call for rates and availability on the other units)
You can even bring the family dog! (A $100 non-refundable pet deposit per pet is required).

Clearwater Beach is approximately 10 minutes north, and John's Pass Village in Madeira Beach is approximately 10 minutes south.Both have numerous water activities, boat rentals,fishing, parasailing, gambling boats, beach shops and many unique restaurants and nightclubs. Orlando is approximately 90 minutes,Tampa is an easy 30 minute drive, and the newly renovated Downtown St. Petersburg is only 20 minutes away. There is a beach trolley that runs the length of the beaches every 20-30
minutes. It's a great way to experience the beautiful beaches of Pinellas County.
