Overview

The only dilemma facing you at this property is a good one: walk the two minutes to Manatee public beach or enjoy the wonderfully relaxing private pool with its gentle sound of cascading water and comfortable sun loungers. It's a tough decision but whichever one you choose you can quickly change your mind at least. With four bedrooms and four bathrooms this villa is easily big enough for a large family, but is also ideal for sharing a vacation in paradise with a group of friends. With two king-sized suites, as well as a queen and twin rooms, each with private bathroom, there will be no arguments over who has the best room because they are all special. With over 3,750 square feet of space under one roof and dual central air conditioning you can all keep cool or warm together. Another of our popular properties, this one also features two large balconies and a spectacular rooftop terrace to enjoy the nearby Gulf of Mexico and the awesome sunsets it provides every night.

Location & area

All along the island you will find bike paths, marinas, water sports, sailboats, tennis courts and broad sweeping expanses of peaceful uncrowded beaches overlooking the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Quaint turn-of-the-century fishing piers are a great place to drop a fishing line, walk off a sumptuous meal or pass the time of day with the locals. Our protected beaches are home to loggerhead turtles, pelicans and herons and it is common to see dolphins playing in the waters of the Gulf.

Dining on the island is a culinary adventure with everything from casual beach cafes for breakfast or lunch, to fine restaurants with an international reputation. There are plenty of small shops and boutiques to browse around for gifts, craft items, silver and distinctive casual clothes. Just over on the mainland is the vibrant city of Bradenton and with Tampa and Orlando just a drive away, you can easily spend a day at Disney or Busch Gardens.
