Enjoy all the trappings of a truly luxurious vacation villa with that extra benefit of glorious seclusion in this perfectly placed, beautifully appointed home. Situated just minutes from Manatee Beach, which offers and ideal base for families and some great places to eat, when you close the wrought iron gates on this villa you could be miles from anywhere. The outside of this property is spacious and green, with a private heated pool in the lush gardens and room enough outside to both cook and sit down to eat a barbecue while the kids run around. Inside there are three generous bedrooms, two masters and one twin, each with a private bathroom and luxury linens on top of comfortable mattresses. With four balconies all trimmed with white Italian-style balusters there are plenty of spaces to relax and enjoy the view. With all the mod-cons expected of a luxury vacation rental, including well-equipped kitchen, separate dining area, laundry room, air con and electrical appliances you have everything you need at hand. Now just get on with the business of enjoying yourselves.

Location & area

All along the island you will find bike paths, marinas, water sports, sailboats, tennis courts and broad sweeping expanses of peaceful uncrowded beaches overlooking the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Quaint turn-of-the-century fishing piers are a great place to drop a fishing line, walk off a sumptuous meal or pass the time of day with the locals. Our protected beaches are home to loggerhead turtles, pelicans and herons and it is common to see dolphins playing in the waters of the Gulf.

Dining on the island is a culinary adventure with everything from casual beach cafes for breakfast or lunch, to fine restaurants with an international reputation. There are plenty of small shops and boutiques to browse around for gifts, craft items, silver and distinctive casual clothes. Just over on the mainland is the vibrant city of Bradenton and with Tampa and Orlando just a drive away, you can easily spend a day at Disney or Busch Gardens.
