Overview

See how the other half lives at this ultra-luxurious two-bed condo in a perfect position on the sands of Anna Maria Island. With a glass wall around the whole of the open-plan living area and luxury furniture on which to relax and enjoy the view, this is true film star living. Outside the large sliding doors is a balcony overlooking the sand and out to the gentle surf of the Gulf of Mexico lapping quietly on the shore. Being so close to the beach you do not need to plan too long for a day on the sands, if you forget anything you are only a short walk to home. The condo has two large bedrooms, the master with a king-sized bed and the second with two large separate beds, and both have private bathrooms. With high-definition TV, DVD, HBO cable in all rooms and access to high-speed wireless internet and free phone calls, and a heated pool in a private shared area outside, your every desire has been considered. True luxury was never so well presented.

Location & area

All along the island you will find bike paths, marinas, water sports, sailboats, tennis courts and broad sweeping expanses of peaceful uncrowded beaches overlooking the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Quaint turn-of-the-century fishing piers are a great place to drop a fishing line, walk off a sumptuous meal or pass the time of day with the locals. Our protected beaches are home to loggerhead turtles, pelicans and herons and it is common to see dolphins playing in the waters of the Gulf.

Dining on the island is a culinary adventure with everything from casual beach cafes for breakfast or lunch, to fine restaurants with an international reputation. There are plenty of small shops and boutiques to browse around for gifts, craft items, silver and distinctive casual clothes. Just over on the mainland is the vibrant city of Bradenton and with Tampa and Orlando just a drive away, you can easily spend a day at Disney or Busch Gardens.
