If you are one of those who demands the best of both worlds in your vacation rental, this might just be the one for you. Entering the air-conditioned condo you will notice the space and light provided by the large sliding doors opening on to the balcony. On your left is a beautiful kitchen, stocked with everything you could need to create a masterpiece, with two bedrooms at this end of the condo. At the other is the master bedroom, with its private balcony, private bathroom with rainwater shower, and walk-in closet. Outside on the balcony is a wide balcony with simply fantastic views over the sand towards the Gulf of Mexico. The elegant living area features comfortable sofas and a separate dining area, as well as a small wet bar for the barman in your party to mix the drinks.

Location & area

All along the island you will find bike paths, marinas, water sports, sailboats, tennis courts and broad sweeping expanses of peaceful uncrowded beaches overlooking the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Quaint turn-of-the-century fishing piers are a great place to drop a fishing line, walk off a sumptuous meal or pass the time of day with the locals. Our protected beaches are home to loggerhead turtles, pelicans and herons and it is common to see dolphins playing in the waters of the Gulf.

Dining on the island is a culinary adventure with everything from casual beach cafes for breakfast or lunch, to fine restaurants with an international reputation. There are plenty of small shops and boutiques to browse around for gifts, craft items, silver and distinctive casual clothes. Just over on the mainland is the vibrant city of Bradenton and with Tampa and Orlando just a drive away, you can easily spend a day at Disney or Busch Gardens.
