Overview

Relax and enjoy almost 3,000 square feet of unfettered luxury in this wonderful apartment just steps from the beach with views overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The light and open living area sets the tone for the rest of the property, with opulent furniture, tasteful art work on the walls and an elegance which makes you feel instantly special. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms there is room enough for up to eight people in comfort and even when full this apartment feels big enough for each to retain some personal space. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, whirlpool tub and large shower while there is a TV and DVD in all other bedrooms. Outside you can relax by the large heated pool or enjoy a soak in the Jacuzzi-spa, cook out on the grill and picnic under the shady pagoda by the pool with the long stretch of sand just a few steps away.

Location & area

All along the island you will find bike paths, marinas, water sports, sailboats, tennis courts and broad sweeping expanses of peaceful uncrowded beaches overlooking the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Quaint turn-of-the-century fishing piers are a great place to drop a fishing line, walk off a sumptuous meal or pass the time of day with the locals. Our protected beaches are home to loggerhead turtles, pelicans and herons and it is common to see dolphins playing in the waters of the Gulf.

Dining on the island is a culinary adventure with everything from casual beach cafes for breakfast or lunch, to fine restaurants with an international reputation. There are plenty of small shops and boutiques to browse around for gifts, craft items, silver and distinctive casual clothes. Just over on the mainland is the vibrant city of Bradenton and with Tampa and Orlando just a drive away, you can easily spend a day at Disney or Busch Gardens.
