Located just 15-20 minutes from Disney World in Davenport, this luxury villa is close to local amenities, golf courses and theme parks. The private gated community, Calabay Parc at Tower Lake boasts features such as a lake, fishing pier, boat ramp and clubhouse. Nearby, there are stores such as Lowe's, Wal-mart and other amenities.
