Overview

Sleeping : Our villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total: 1 Double Queen, TV and Ensuite. 1 double with patio access to pool area. 2 twins and a Queen size sofa-bed, providing room for up to 10 people. We recommend 8 but the sofa bed does provide additional sleeping space if required. A cot and high chair can be rented for a small charge.



General : Our villa has 3 bathrooms for your use. Air conditioning keeps you cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.For your security an integrated security system is provided for your use. Not only does this act as an intruder alarm, but it can be set to warn you of entries to the pool area from the villa. Great if you want to know where the kids are.




Entertainment : The villa has televisions/cable, Sony Playstation/ dvd player, CD player/cassette/radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls and free local outgoing calls.



For internet connections we can provide a dial-up connection for your use. Simply plug into your laptop modem and you're online. Dial Up Configuration information is provided prior to your departure. Eating & Living To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster and blender. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. There is a hair dryer. We also provide cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils etc.Towels and bed linen are provided, but not bathing towels.



Outside : The villa is in a very quiet area. To the rear there is an enclosed patio area and screened swimming pool. Beyond there's a lawned garden that leads on to Fairway 16. To the front there is a private drive and lawns.

At the entrance to Southern Dunes is a 24 hour Walmart Superstore, Bank, Petrol Station, Medical Facilities and Restaurants too numerous to mention here. All just minutes away from famous Central Florida attractions.



There is so much to offer for a truly magnificent vacation. Walt Disney World is perhaps the place that everyone wants to experience. The Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom and Disney MGM Studios, together with Disney's two Water Theme Parks are under 20 minutes drive away from the villa. You will also find the wonderful Downtown Disney area around 20 minutes away with a huge array of shopping and eating experiences in a beautifully landscaped environment.



Other attractions such as Universal Studios, Universal's Islands of Adventure, Gatorland, Wet and Wild and Sea World are also within easy reach of the villa.



If you drive East for around an hour you will find the Kennedy Space Centre and the wonderful Atlantic coast beaches of Daytona and Cocoa.



Head out West and you can find Busch Gardens and the warm waters of the Gulf Coast. A holiday at our home will give you the exhilaration and thrills of the Theme Parks one day and the beautiful silver- sand beaches and warm waters of the Caribbean the next.




Is shopping your thing? The range of shopping malls, department stores and outlets is astonishing and all within easy reach of the villa. Whether you want to search for that special Florida bargain or simply call to the local store for some milk, shopping is a pleasure. Walmart is 5 minutes walk from the villa and is great for everything from milk and bread through to TV's and Car Tyres???
