Overview

Couples, or families with either very young or mature children will probably most appreciate this unique and stylish villa. A key feature of "The Palm" is the COMPLETELY private pool & spa - you are completely out of sight (and hearing!) of your neighbouring holiday-makers. The pool & spa are solar heated & face south, so the extra large deck gets the sun virtually all day long, all year round.'The Palm' was newly furnished in August 2004, and you will find lots of little touches that are unusual in an average Orlando vacation home."The Palm" is located right on the 16th Fairway of the Southern Dunes Golf Course; a door leads from the Living Room so you can step outside and enjoy a stroll around the course, or simply relax on the large comfortable swing chair provided and enjoy the lovely views in the evening sunshine.SUMMARY OF FACILITIESIt's one of the largest 4 bed homes to rent in the area (2500 sq ft), with a custom finish and many upgrades. Top quality beds/ mattresses/ furniture/ towels etc were all new Aug 2004. All on one level. 2 self-contained master suites give extra privacy for 2 couples. Right on 16th Fairway - watch golfers & wildlife!At the end of a hot and busy day shopping or sightseeing, just imagine retreating to this exclusive Golf & Country Club home. Kick off your shoes, pour a cold beer or glass of wine .... Chill out by your private pool, listen to a CD, then maybe later have a cook-out on the electric BBQ.....then before bed, what could be nicer than a soak in the Jacuzzi gazing up at the stars? It has the true convenience of a 24/7 Wal-Mart literally just outside the community gate, with a gas station, bank, several eateries, and many other shops. Just 20 mins easy drive from Disney, you reach Disney from a different direction to the 100's of people staying in Kissimmee - they could be stuck in traffic whilst you will drive straight in! You are also nearer to the coast - the nearest beach & the Kennedy Space Center is just an hours drive. You can shop 'til you drop at the many discount malls, & eat out at very reasonable cost in a huge choice of restaurants - all within an easy drive.
