Overview

Luxury spacious home fully air conditioned for the perfect holiday near to Disney at Southern Dunes golf club.
Two master en-suite bedrooms one leading directly to patio/pool area. Two twin bedrooms share a third bathroom. All bedrooms have ceiling fans; cable television; and plenty of storage and closet space. All towels, including beach towels, and linens are provided. Games room with air hockey, football table and electronic darts board. Fully air-conditioned and carpeted throughout for comfort.

The large open plan lounge with, TV, multi region DVD, CD, hi-fi and Playstation 2 and a selection of books and games. Doors lead onto the pool area. Two dining options; both formal dining table and an informal dining nook. Free wi-fi high speed internet plus a computer with broadband.

Fully fitted kitchen including: cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, ample crockery, cutlery and glassware.

Full laundry facilities include a washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board.

For young guests we provide a highchair, cot and buggy.

The lanai with patio table and chairs and sun loungers overlooks the heated pool and golf course. The pool is protected by a safety fence.

Our villa is near Disney all the main theme parks and the many shopping malls.

We are on the top class Southern Dunes golf course a fully gated community. We have a range of restaurants and shops (including 24 hour supermarket and chemist) immediately outside the gates and within walking distance of our home. On site facilities include pro golf shop, clubhouse bar and restaurant, children's adventure playground and tennis courts.
