Overview

VACATION HOME
Our luxury 3 bedroom 2 bathroom private screened pool villa on the secure gated Golf Community of Southern Dunes has been decorated and furnished to a high standard and provides all you need for your family vacation.

LOUNGE
The lounge has 2 sofas, one which converts into another double bed. It has cable TV/DVD/CD/Cassette/Radio for your enjoyment and also a telephone.

DINING AREA
The dining area is equipped with a table and 6 chairs and the patio door opens up onto the pool area, where you can sit and enjoy your meals.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you could possibly need. There is a cooker, fridge freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, breakfast nook and much more.

MASTER BEDROOM
The master suite has a queen size bed, mirrored dresser with matching bedside cabinets; cable TV/Video combi,a radio alarm clock and a telephone. There is also a full bathroom plus a hairdryer and a walk-in wardrobe. This room is situated at the back of the villa, overlooking the pool area.

DOUBLE BEDROOM
The double bedroom has a double bed, a dresser and matching bedside cabinet and a radio alarm clock. It also has a large wardrobe.

TWIN BEDROOM
The twin room has twin beds, a bedside cabinet with radio alarm clock and again has a large wardrobe with plenty of storage space.

BATHROOM
The second full bathroom is shared between the double and twin bedrooms, and a hairdryer is also provided.

POOL AREA
A private screened pool with a child safety fence. The pool area is equipped with table, chairs and loungers. We also provide pool toys for kids of all ages.

GARAGE
The washing machine and tumble dryer are housed in the garage.

MISCELLANEOUS
All linen and towels are provided. We also provide an ironing board and iron, and for those with a young family, a cot and a highchair is also provided.
There is also a selection of board games, books, DVD's and CD's.

Location & area

Gated Golf Community of Southern Dunes, Haines City, which is located on Highway 27 in Polk County. Close to Interstate 4 and Highway 192. It has 24 hour Wal-Mart, supermarkets and various fast food and restuarant outlets all within 5 minutes. Pharmacy and various medical facilities are also within 5 minutes. Walt Disney World is within 20 minutes, Cypress Gardens within 15 minutes, and other major theme parks within all within 30 minutes. Tampa Bay and the Gulf Coast is within a hours drive and the Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach is just over an hour away.

Southern Dunes is a 4.5 star PGA Golf Course, par 72, which boasts a wonderful Clubhouse and bar, serving meals throughout the day.

The resort also has communal swimming pools, tennis courts, a recreation centre with pool table, gym and exercise equipement, a play area for the children and a large fishing lake.
