This immaculately presented and truly luxurious villa enjoys a peaceful location for your stay in Florida. Only 15 mins from Disney. 1 mile from a magnificent golf course, fishing on site, 3 mins to Walmart, and many other shops and restaurants. Located on one of the newest most prestigious estates in the area.



The villa is almost new, the furnishing and accessories throughout are stylish and of the highest quality. There is air-conditioning throughout. Sleeps up to 8 guest.



There are added touches such as pool towels, hair dryer, buttons, needles and cotton, and a first aid kit. The lounge has 2 leather sofas, 1 arm chair, stylish accessories, 42in plasma TV, cable TV, DVD, wireless internet, all overlooking the pool. This can be lit up at night while you eat on the covered patio or relax on the loungers.



Kitchen-fully fitted with fridge freezer, microwave, dish washer, waste disposal and lots of small tools.Dining area is an open plan format with seating for 8 overlooking the lake.



Bedroom 1: A Luxuriously finished king bedded room with its own TV and DVD player. Fantastic en-suite facilities, including a tub, walk in shower, twin vanity unit and toilet.

Bedroom 3: A Nicely presented twin bedroom with TV and DVD player to keep the kids happy.

Bedroom 4: Another twin bedded room again with its own TV and DVD player, so no one missed out. A full bathroom to service these 2 rooms.
