Overview

Enjoy a well deserved break at our beautiful, executive style villa
situated conveniently on the award-winning Golf and Country Club
resort of Southern Dunes(awarded 4 1/2 stars by Golf Digest). This
up-market community is located on Highway 27 which is a mere 15
minutes from the gates of Disney, with other theme parks and
attractions all within short driving times. The resort also benefits
from numerous facilities including 3 communal pools, a recreation
centre, tennis courts and a children's playground. Wal-Mart is only
a few minutes stroll away and offers 24 hour shopping at extremely
cheap prices.



The villa's spacious accomodation features 2,600 square feet which
is made up of 2 sumptuous reception rooms, a formal dining area, 4
large bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms(one being a Jack and Jill style with
lockable door dividing bathing area from toilet), a fully fitted and
equipped kitchen, nook, utility room and extended double garage,
with electric door.



Our larger than average swimming pool and Jacuzzi enjoy views of the
8th fairway, so you can soak away your cares whilst watching the
more energetic members of your party play a round or two.



The coast, with its stunning beaches, is only 1 hour away, giving
you the opportunity to spend days by the sea if you feel like a
change. There are various shopping malls nearby, as well as designer
outlets, where you can stock up on high fashion labels at cut
prices. A vast number of restaurants offer you the chance to sample
the local cuisine. All of which add up to give you the experience of
a lifetime in Florida, America's 'Sunshine State'.
