Overview

8th Green Villa is an executive 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home situated on the award winning Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club. Within walking distance of both the clubhouse, shops and with restaurants a short drive away. Your private(heated)screened pool is not overlooked and faces south, giving you uninterrupted sunshine. We liked it so much we bought it and invite you to share in the relaxation and pleasure of our villa.
Our villa sleeps up to 8 persons, and benefits from air conditioning throughout. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite. The lounge area has a 42inch LCD TV with cable, DVD player and wireless internet access, the settee has three recliners one of which has a massager built in. There is a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities.
Southern Dunes is situated just 20 minutes drive to Disney and 60 minutes from the coast.
