Fully furnished and equipped rental house on Fort Pierce Beach - Hutchinson Island . Sleeps 4. This is a lovely 2 Bedroom 2 Bath duplex home only 1 block to the Ocean and public beach with changing facilities and a lifeguard. There is room to store your boat on a trailer in the driveway or yard. Jaycee Park close by on the intracoastal has public boat ramps and other outdoor amenities such as tennis, basketball, playground, and picnic tables. There is a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. The home has been freshly painted inside. High quality queen bed and a walk-in closet in each of the 2 bedrooms. All towels and linens provided. Fully equipped kitchen with new dishwasher. Storage shed with beach chairs and extra storage in the backyard. Rental fee includes all utilites except telephone. There is WIFI Comcast cable for internet access. Quiet owner occupied on the other side of the duplex. Residential neighborhood. Smithsonian Oceangraphic and other museums and art galleries a short drive away. Farmer's Market every Saturday morning in town. Ideal location for a great vacation!
