This luxury fully equiped 4 bedroom villa built 2005 is situated in a quire location overlooking a consevation area. It has been luxuriously furnished through out with your needs and comfort in mind and it comes with everything you could wish for to make your stay an absolute pleasure.It is located 7 miles from the beautiful Gulf Coast Beaches of Fort Myers, Sanibel and Captiva Islands, were the local activities available are golf, cycling, fishing, paragliding, sailing,swimming, tennis, water skiing and wind surfing.The villa has it's own sola/electric heated pool with a large patio area and lania complete with sun loungers and outside dining. The pool enjoys sunshine all day while the lania/dining area is always in the shade.
