Our Villa is situated in the private gated community of Beachwalk Isles which is ideally located between downtown Fort Myers and the fabulous Gulf Coast beaches around Fort Myers. It has been built and is finished to a very high standard, providing all the luxury and comfort that you would expect on a Villa holiday. The Villa comprises airy rooms with vaulted ceilings and is fully air conditioned throughout. There are two separate living rooms, one a more formal, peaceful, quiet area adjoining the front entrance and the other is a family room with a TV and video equipment with cable TV service. Each area contains two comfortable settees, side tables with reading lamps and coffee table. Each living room in our Beachwalk Villa has a dining area alongside and the family room overlooks the pool. Beachwalk Villa comes complete with “the great American kitchen”. It is fully fitted with new American, large-scale appliances. There is a double sink with waste disposal unit, dishwasher, large oven, microwave, fridge /freezer with icemaker, toaster, juicer, electric kettle. There is a separate utility room with large washer and tumble dryer. The Villa has 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom two has a double bed and built in wardrobes. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are both twin bedded rooms and also have built in wardrobes. The family bathroom has a bath with a shower over, wash basin and wc. At the rear of our Beachwalk Villa is our own solar heated pool, perfect for a cooling dip after sunbathing. Relax outdoor on the sun loungers or on the patio furniture provided for your comfort.The Villa itself is surrounded by its own landscaped and well maintained gardens and is a perfect spot to enjoy the open views over the lake where herons, egrets and osprey can be seen.

Our Beachwalk Villa is situated in Fort Myers, on Florida’s beautiful Gulf coast. Fort Myers is known as the City of palms and was made famous by its former residents Henry Ford and Thomas Edison. No doubt they were impressed by both the tropical climate of the area and its natural beauty.

Beachwalk Villa is situated in Beachwalk Isles which is a beautiful landscaped gated community midway between the historic district of downtown Fort Myers and the magnificent white sandy beaches of Fort Myers Beach. The magical islands of Sanibel and Captiva are equally close.

Downtown Fort Myers standing on the Caloosahatchee River has a fascinating history and contains the winter homes of Thomas Edison and Henry Ford. The white sandy beaches of Fort Myers with its water sports, deep sea fishing, huge variety of restaurants and bars and the islands of Sanibel and Captiva are a short drive away.

There are numerous golf courses in the area. The upmarket facilities of Naples are within easy reach and there are two bargain outlet shopping malls on the doorstep plus a whole range of other shops to suit all tastes and budgets.

There are many National and State reserves and parks nearby with their varied landscapes and extensive animal and bird life.

Beachwalk Villa is about 200 miles from the hustle, bustle and world class theme parks of the Orlando area and this contrasts with the relaxing lifestyle and peaceful natural beauty of the Fort Myers area. Miami and Tampa are Miami are around 150 miles away.
