Overview

Enjoy the uncrowded beaches of Amelia Island and Historic City of Fernandina Beach along Floridas "First Coast". Close to Fort Clinch State Park, Big Talbot State Park, Cumberland Island, Georgia and Jacksonville, FL. This quiet community is perfect for kids with a playground, pool, and tennis courts on site. Our boys love to fish for brim in the pond adjacent to the pool while we relax with a cold drink. Nearly everything in this unit is new, including furniture and paint. Granite kitchen with solid hickory cabinets and high end Jenn-Air down draft range. Master on 1st opens to patio deck and secluded yard. Completely new tile master bathroom with separate vanity area. This is the sharpest villa in the complex. You will love your stay here.
