The Main Beach House features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths PLUS a detached in-law quarters with the 4th bedroom and 3rd full bath. You will enjoy cooking in the backyard on the gas grill or soaking up the sun next to your private 13'x 26' pool which can be heated in winter months. The wraparound deck and screened-in porch add to the charm of this vacation rental where outdoor living is natural. You are only 1.5 blocks (a short walk) to the sugar-white sand of the Gulf of Mexico. Remember – Life's a Beach - Dive In!

The Kokonut Hut Beach Cottage of Destin, Fl has an open floor plan that brings family and friends together for meals and entertainment. With 3 bedrooms in the main house and one bedroom in the separate in-law quarters, traveling with extended family has never been more comfortable.

Kitchen



The fully equipped kitchen features dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster and breakfast bar that seats four. The open floor plan makes for easy conversation between the living room and kitchen.

Living Room



The cozy living room features a queen sleeper sofa and entertainment center with TV, VCR and DVD.

Outside Grounds



The vacation home has a screened patio, wrap around deck and is surrounded by lovely palm trees. Enjoy a private swimming pool (13' x 26' / 3' to 5' deep), gas barbecue and comfortable patio furniture. Few Destin Vacation Rentals can boast of a fenced back yard as private as this!

Parking



The Kokonut Hut has a long driveway that will accomodate at least 6 cars. Parking has never been a problem at this Beach House!



Master Bedroom



The master suite has a king bed, cable TV and full private bath along with access to a screened porch overlooking the pool.

The second guest bedroom has a double and twin captain's bunk and a second twin bed and cable TV.
