Kokonut Hut Property Info

The Kokonut Hut Beach Cottage of Destin, Fl has an open floor plan that brings family and friends together for meals and entertainment. With 3 bedrooms in the main house and one bedroom in the separate in-law quarters, traveling with extended family has never been more comfortable.
Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen features dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster and breakfast bar that seats four. The open floor plan makes for easy conversation between the living room and kitchen.
Living Room

The cozy living room features a queen sleeper sofa and entertainment center with TV, VCR and DVD.
Outside Grounds

The vacation home has a screened patio, wrap around deck and is surrounded by lovely palm trees. Enjoy a private swimming pool (13' x 26' / 3' to 5' deep), gas barbecue and comfortable patio furniture. Few Destin Vacation Rentals can boast of a fenced back yard as private as this!
Parking

The Kokonut Hut has a long driveway that will accomodate at least 6 cars. Parking has never been a problem at this Beach House!

Master Bedroom

The master suite has a king bed, cable TV and full private bath along with access to a screened porch overlooking the pool. Guest Room #1

The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and cable TV.
Guest Room #2

The second guest bedroom has a double and twin captain’s bunk and a second twin bed and cable TV.
In-Law Suite

The in-law suite has a King size bed, cable TV with DVD and a full private bath. Also included is a small table and chairs, large dorm refrigerator and French doors that lead out to the pool.
