Overview

This is a beautiful 3 bedroom/3 bath townhome just steps away from Choctawhatchee Bay. This unit boasts 2,000 square feet, a screened in patio and it has sweeping views of the bay. It is also within walking distance to The Links golf course, The Linkside Conference Center and Pool, the Sunset Bay Cafe', the Linkside Pub and the bicycle rental. The kitchen is modern and has granite counters. The Master Bedroom is on the second floor and has its own balcony overlooking the bay. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. The master and another bedroom are located on the second floor. They both have queen beds. The bedroom downstairs has two twin beds and a twin fold out sleeper. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper as well. This unit is perfect for two families to pitch in and have a wonderful vacation. The screened in patio is only steps from the bay and the water is shallow enough for parents to walk their toddlers. Most local parents like the bay for young children because the water is not so rough and it is shallow. When you are ready for the beach, call the tram and they will take you there. Anyone who has seen the captivating bay view of this home has been in awe of it. This is one of our best.
