Overview

This brand new 4 story home has it all! Sitting directly on the beach, this fabulous home is loaded with upgrades including travertine flooring thru-out the unit. It is ideal for a small group retreat or families. It has a spiral staircase and elevator to access each level. All 6 bedrooms had their own flat screen TV and private bath.

This fantastic getaway features 3 master suites. Each one of the 3 suites has a fireplace, custom built-ins, wet bar with small refrigerator, private balcony, his and her baths ('hers' has Jacuzzi and rain showerhead), and 2 sitting areas (1 for the 42" flat screen TV and the other out the extra large picture window).

The first level is a large patio and beach access. The second level has a master suite and a guest bedroom with 3 twin beds and bath. The third level is the street entry level and has the second master suite and garage. The fourth level has the third master suite, a guest bedroom with 2 twin beds and bath and a guest bedroom with a king bed and bath. The fifth level has an the open living room, dining room, kitchen laundry room and 1/2 bath. The gourmet kitchen has a double oven, gas stove with Jenn-aire grill, 2 refrigerators and large work areas.

Located Miramar Beach, you are just minutes from the Silver Sands Outlet Mall to your east and The Commons Shopping Center to your west. Great location to restaurants, grocery and shopping.

Guests will receive daily: 1 round of golf, 1 dolphin cruise, 1 entry to water park, kid's fishing trip, track tickets and free DVD rentals for daily and weekly rentals.
