This 5th floor Gulf front condo offers awesome views of the Gulf of Mexico, pools and the shore line of the Emerald Coast. This unit is one of our best vacation rentals because of its modern feel and views from both bedrooms and the living area.

Location & area

A very beautiful home with a great view of the coastal dune lake and it is within walking distance to the heated community pool. This well cared for unit boasts a newly renovated kitchen with granite counters and new appliances. The Master suite upstairs with TV and the decor is white wicker with seashell accents. The attached full bath is renovated with granite counters and has a seashell decor as well. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed with floral bedding. There is also a reading chair and a private sitting area outside. This room has an attached full bath that has been renovated and has granite counters. 2 Twin beds are located in the loft area overlooking the entry way. A sofa sleeper in the living area means this unit will comfortably sleep 8 people. This is one of our best units, you will not be disappointed
