Overview

Beautifully decorated townhome with an ocean view located on a quiet street that deadends easterly at the beach! A simple two minute walk and you have the ocean at your feet. Sleepy beachside neighborhood of single family homes provides a safe and pleasant home environment for your group. Perfect for familys, couples or business travelers!

Everything is provided - even beach toys, towels, boogie boards, beach chairs. The 3 adult beach cruisers and 2 children's bikes make crusing around town or on the beach a true delight!

Home is complete with a full sized kitchen with every appliance and convenience imaginable. All cookware, flatwear, dishes, etc. provided.

Large greatroom features new leather furnishings with queen sleeper sectional. Entertainment center has large TV with 99 channel cable, DVD, CD, Surround sound. DVD and book libraries for all ages. Board games, coloring books, crayons and small toys for the younger ones. Sliding glass doors open to a privately fenced courtyard for outdoor dining, stargazing or sitting around the fire pit.

3 nice sized bedrooms include:
Master with ocean view - king sized bed and double sofa bed and crib
Upstairs 2d BR - Full sized sofa and children's cot in closet

All bedrooms have TVs with enhanced cable, ceiling fans, air purifiers, Sony radio alarm clocks and are tastefully furnished with decorator touches. All mattresses and linens are high quality and new.

Two spotless bathrooms have plush towels that are changed out regularly to ensure excellence. Attached wall hairdryers provide convenience.

The garage is complete with full sized w/d, garage fan, automatic remote door and barbque grill.

The large front yard features a sundeck with umbrella table and chairs, tropical landscaping, a park bench, green grass, swaying palm trees and gentle ocean breezes. Ah the sound of the waves!
