Overview

This is a luxurious, three bedrooms, and three-bathroom villa with private pool, which comfortably sleeps 9. The villa is fully furnished air conditioned and centrally heated throughout.
The Master Bedroom has a King sized bed, en-suite bathroom with twin hand basins, toilet, bath and shower and access to the pool. There is plenty of storage also a walk in wardrobe and TV.
Bedroom 2 has a Queen sized bed, a twin bed en-suite bathroom, plenty of storage, a large wardrobe. TV. in this room also.

The Family Room has comfortable seating for relaxing in air-conditioned comfort in front of the TV-Cable/Video/DVD. Or listen to some music on the sound system? There is also a couch bed in here.
The fully fitted American style kitchen comes equipped with fridge/freezer with ice maker, Oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, blender, toaster, coffee maker, cutlery, crockery, glassware and cookware.
There is also a Utility Room with Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer. You will also find an iron and board.
The villa is not overlooked, has a large south- facing private pool with stunning natural views over the pond, fully screened for your comfort, with large sunbathing deck, covered lanai, lighting and ceiling fan and also has a child safety guard for your peace of mind. The pool heat if required.
Only a few minutes from Reunion and Champions Gate where guests can enjoy a round of golf on one of their 5 championship golf courses, designed by Tom Watson, Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus - or visit the pedestrian centre with its array of shops, restaurants and boutiques.
Access to the I4 is only 2 miles away making it an easy commute to Orlando International, Tampa or Sanford airports.
It is within easy reach of the ‘192' area offering a wide range of popular shops, restaurants and attractions. Close by is Disney's Celebration, providing the quieter, alternative shopping and dining experience.
