Overview

Our beautiful two storey home is has been thoughtfully decorated and equipped to provide you with the opportunity to enjoy your best Florida vacation ever!

The large extended pool deck is south- west facing, allowing you to enjoy long relaxing days around the large pool and jacuzzi/spa - Luxurious pool furniture, a removable child screen and fully illuminated pool and spa are provided for your convenience and safety. Should the Florida sunshine become too much, you can take shelter in a shaded area with a cooling ceiling fan or go inside the fully air conditioned villa where all areas are kept at a cool and constant temperature.

The villa contains four large bedrooms allowing up to 8 adults to sleep comfortably. Two of the bedrooms are master en-suites (both with Queen beds) and two are twin rooms. A Queen-sized sofa bed is located in the living room for additional sleeping options.

The ground-floor master suite has a Queen bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with a huge walk-in shower with built-in seat, twin basins and a large "Hollywood-style" vanity mirror. In addition there is a hairdryer, clock radio, TV and telephone. Storage space will not be a problem with a large walk-in closet.

The remaining three bedrooms are all on the first floor. The second master suite has a similar specification to the first with the addition of a luxurious large corner bath tub as well as the large walk-in shower. Again storage will not be a problem as the room has its own large walk-in closet.

Bedrooms three and four each contain two single beds. Built-in closets and drawer units. Both bedrooms have TV's and a PlayStation in Bedroom three.

Conveniently located between both bedrooms is the third bathroom, complete with a bath / shower unit.

The garage has been converted into a games room with a pool table and air-hockey table plus seating and a cooling fan.

The large modern fully-fitted kitchen adjoins the dining area and comes complete with all the latest appliances including a large cooker, microwave, double fridge/freezer with ice machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, blender, toaster etc. A large selection of crockery, cutlery, glassware (plus pool-safe glassware are provided for your use.

The breakfast bar divides the kitchen and dining room where there is comfortable seating for eight around the large dining table - so whoever is nominated "Cook of the Day" will not be isolated!

The large comfortable lounge area is tastefully decorated and offers sofas and armchairs, occasional table with reading lamps, large TV with sound-surround,DVD/CD/iPod player etc.

Telephones - located in the kitchen and ground-floor bedroom allow free local calls, all other calls can be paid for by telephone cards (sold in most large retail stores). A large capacity washing machine and tumble drier are located in the utility room. All bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided free of charge. High-chairs, cribs etc. can be provided on request.
