Overview

New luxury 5 bedroom / 3 bathroom villa located at the premier gated community of Sunset Ridge.



To provide a clean environment for our guests we have chosen to have a policy of No smoking (inside the villa) and No pets - sorry.

It is in a peaceful location set back off the main highway and has the advantage of being located near to the intersection of Hwy. 27 and the I-4,close to the 192 and Kissimmee with all its restaurants and shops



Disney is only a 20 minute drive away.
Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World, MGM and other attractions are all close by.



St. Petersburg, Treasure Island, Tampa and the Gulf Coast are less than one hours drive away, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa Beach are even closer.



The villa is ideal for the larger family or 2 families or friends who wish to share the well proportioned accommodation.

3 Queen, 2 en-suite & 1 with access to the pool - all with TVs. Two further bedrooms with twin beds. The study has a sleeper which can allow a further two people to sleep - study also has T.V. DVD, casino table & Hi- Fi.

The villa also has a heated screened pool with shower, patio furniture and Grill. Games Room with pool, air hockey, darts, foosball, basketball and table tennis.

The interior of the villa is furnished to an extremely high standard and quality, having many upgraded features. It is very spacious with vaulted ceilings, the major rooms having ceiling fans.
