Enjoy a well deserved luxury vacation in Davenport Florida. Our villa is situated in a tranquil conservation area but just 10 minutes from Walt Disney World, 20 minutes from Universal Studios and 5 minutes from the amazing Reunion Golf Course. Well appointed and built in 2005, the fully air conditioned villa has 4 bedroom - 1 king en suite, 1 queen en suite and 2 twin bedded rooms. It also has a queen sofa bed in the large living area which has ample seating for 10 people. There is a fully fitted American kitchen, well enough equipped for the most discerning chef!!
The stunning covered pool complex consists of a 25 x 12 designer pool and your very own spa bath - a fantastic way to relax after a days golf or a hectic day at the theme parks. Central Floridas finest restaurants and shopping malls are literally just round the corner. For the beach lovers amoungst you, the busy resorts of St Petersburg and Clearwater on the Gulf coast are just 45 minutes away whilst the amazing Atlantic beach areas around Cocoa Beach and The Kennedy Space Center are a little over an hour away by car.
