This is a beautiful new 5 bed villa, which will be available from March 2006.



The villa is made up of 5 Bedrooms, 1 Master suite, 2 Double and 2 Twin rooms. There are 4.5 Bathrooms with 3 en-suite, bathroom 4 is situated between beds 4 and 5, there is also a powder room on the ground floor and the villa also has a bathroom outside in the pool area with outside shower for your convenience.



The large 27 x 11 ft South facing screened pool, with separate spa, has a extended deck and a 24 x 8ft covered lanai to provide some much needed shade. The deck is furnished with high quality pool furniture. ( Pool Heating available at an extra cost )



The large family room with high volume ceiling overlooks the pool area, there is also a large living room to the front of the villa. The breakfast nook also overlooks the pool area, fully fitted kitchen, Utility room with laundry facilities, air conditioning / heating throughout the villa. T/V cable in all the living areas and bedrooms. Playstation 2 , DVD, VCR,CD



The Villa sleeps 10 adults with ease and there are two sofa beds (one queen size) for those extra guests if required



The villa is situated on US 27,within 3 - 5 minutes of US 192 where there are a vast host of restaurants, shopping malls at your disposal. Close by there is the huge Wal-Mart, Banks, Public outlets and petrol stations.

Disney is only 10 minutes away, all the other attractions are within easy reach we are ideally located on the US 27 giving easy access to the I 4 and US 192.
