Overview

We are proud to own our 5 Bedroom/4 Bathroom luxury villaon the gated resort of Tuscan Hills.
We have a South facing pool with jacuzzi,child safety fence around pool area easy to remove if not required, Florida glass installed around pool area (type of frosted netting) for extra privacy, Games Room,free internet access,free local calls{-bold).
Our family area has luxury leather furniture, just right for relaxing infront of the 42" plasma TV, after a fun filled day at the parks.
The Kitchen is equipped with everything you would possibly require including dishwaher, microwave, coffee maker, large fridge/freezer with that all important ice-machine and many other items.
Along side the kitchen is the nook area, just right for breakfast times and opposite is the main dining area, perhaps for those special relaxing meals.
The first King Size Master Suite is luxuriously relaxing, with LCD TV, large walk in wardrobe and very large Ensuite bathroom. There is also access to the pool are from this bedroom.
The second King Size Master Suite is also just right for relaxing, again with LCD TV, wardrobes, Ensuite bathroom and access to the pool area.
Bedroom 3 is a Queen Size bedroom with LCD TV and Ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 4 has a dolphin theme, triple bunk beds and TV/DVD combi, with PS2, games and DVD's and shares the 4th bathroom.
Bedroom 5 again has triple bunk bed, TV/DVD combi, but is in a Disney theme.
We have a utility room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Then there is the Games room with a New Nintendo Wii, Pool Table, Fooseball Table, Air Hockey and electronic Darts, just right for some relaxing fun times.
In the pool area, there is everything you would require for relaxing by the pool, table, chairs, loungers even a bar area and dont forget the all important jacuzzi.
Our villa is within easy access to all the major roads and ultimately the theme parks. We have 24 hour supermarkets just a couple of minutes away along with restaraunts, shops, banks, petrol/gas stations and anywhere else you may need.
On our resort there is a gym, tennis courts, volleyball courts, tots lot and palm garden just right for your entertainment.
If you choose to stay in our villa, your will not be disappointed!

We are located on US27, 1 mile off of US192. We are a couple of miles from Interstate 4 which gives easy access to all major attractions and beaches.
From our villa it is approx. 10 minutes to Disney World, 2 minutes to local supermarkets, shops, restaraunts, banks etc.etc.
We are located in the heart of everything, exactly the right place to stay!
