Lazy Days Villa

This beautifully built; Superior Villa is located on prestigious community of Wildflower Ridge and has been designed with comfort and FUN in mind.

Two fabulous Master Bedrooms

Situated off the Ronald Regan Parkway the villa is just 12 miles or 15 Minutes to Walt Disney World and ideally located for access to everything Orlando.



This is a Fun Filled Villa for the whole family.

Living Room
The lounge is fitted with two huge sofas, the 42 inch plasma HDTV has a large amount of cable channels, as well as a PS3 and a selection of games for your entertainment, you will also find over 70 films in the DVD library.


Pool
The pool is fully Screen enclosed and for extra safety you will find a child pool fence, this is easily removed if not required. As the pool is South westerly facing the Sun will be with you after rising and for the duration of the day. In the evening you have the opportunity to flick on the colored lighting of the pool and watch it slowly change. The pool is surrounded by a Huge deck so the whole family will have plenty of room. You will find loungers and a patio table and chairs as well as pool toys.

Secret Rockstar Suite
The Secret Rockstar Suite is fitted with the Official Disney Four poster full/Double Hannah Montana bed and bedside cabinet. The young secret rockstars will love this room. You will also find a large closet for storage. The room is decorated with butterflies and Hannah Montana wall hangings.

Superhero Suite
The superhero suite is fitted with two twin beds and themed Spiderman. The walls are decorated with various Spiderman wall hangings and a huge wall mural; you will also find a large closet, nightstand, and even a working Beacon light to really set the scene for those younger (or old) superheroes!

Master bedroom 1
The master bedroom has designed with luxury and comfort in mind, it has wall to wall pile carpet for extra comfort, the Furniture is solid oak, you will find a huge king bed and also matching bedside cabinets, a dresser, mirror, hair dryer, alarm clock and two large closets.
Master en-suite bathroom has a Large Walk in shower, Garden tub, Sink, lavatory and plenty of storage.

2nd Master Bedroom
The second master bedroom has been furnished with fine solid pieces. The Queen bed sets the room which also boasts bedside cabinets, a dresser, a spacious closet, clock radio, hairdryer and wall to wall deep-pile carpets for extra comfort. In the walk in closet you will find baby facilities. This bedroom also has its own bathroom complete with shower, bath, sink, lavatory and plenty of storage.


Dining Room
The marble table top in the dining Room is amazing. Six Leather chairs compliment the set and give ample room for the whole family.

Kitchen
The oversized kitchen is a cooks dream. It boasts large surfaces as well as all the major appliances you would expect, this includes dishwasher, fridge, freezer, tin opener, toaster, coffee maker and kettle as well as cooking utensils and of course crockery and cutlery.

Games room
In the Games Room / Garage You will find a Pool Table, air Hockey & Dart board with games for your enjoyment as well as a set of Golf clubs should you get feel the urge!

Tech Room
The Tech room is fitted with a large Leather Sofa and huge ottoman for your comfort, this room has a 42 inch plasma HD TV, DVD player and xbox 360 and a selection of games.
