This executive level villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 spacious living areas and 2000sq. ft of space to relax in. We have ensured that it has all the facilities you could want to make your vacation a relaxing one, the villa is fully prepared and so the only item you need to bring along is yourself. Features include luxurious contemporary furnishings throughout this fully air-conditioned villa, plus five televisions, including one in each bedroom all with full cable service. Built in 2004 and set on a large corner plot this private villa in Orlando has 2000sq ft of fully air-conditioned living space and will accommodate 8 people with ease. The villa has 2 spacious living areas, a formal dining area, a large open plan kitchen, 2 double en-suite bedrooms plus 2 twin bedrooms and a total of 3 bathrooms.
The villa has a 28x15ft pool & spa with large deck and lanai plus plenty of comfortable chairs and recliners to relax on. At night the underwater floodlighting can illuminate both pools. To protect children from accessing the pool a safety fence is in place across the deck.
